Enter the “spirited” atmosphere of our Seattle wine bar featuring a signature Champagne Lounge, elevated music experience and an extensive wine cellar. Located on the first floor of the hotel lobby, guests and locals alike enjoy appetizers, handcrafted cocktails, draft and bottled beer and over 85 wines available by-the-taste or by-the-glass. Drop in for Happy Hour and order a 3 flight taste of your favorite wine to go with tantalizing hot and cold plates such as Seared Beef Tenderloin and Ahi Tuna Poke. Live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night after 10pm and a wine pairing event every Wednesday from 5-7pm. A complete dining menu from 0/8 is also available during this time.
